Short description
The “Breaking the Glass Ceiling” research project, a Vodafone initiative, was conducted by Alba Graduate Business School – in cooperation with the “Women on Top” organization – with the goal to map the existing landscape of equal opportunities in the Greek corporate environment and provide data, ideas and policy recommendations for the advancement of the position and the role of women in the current workplace.
The survey was implemented through two tailor-made questionnaires addressed to women employees and management executives (HR function) as well as three focus groups dedicated to further exploring existing conditions for women in modern working environments.
