Nora is professional in the field of leadership coaching and team effectiveness. Since 2008 has been facilitating change through coaching for a number of senior executive leaders in several organizations. Nora’ s career spans across different sectors and industries. For the last 15 years she is working as HR consultant and development Manager, in corporate and humanitarian environment. For seven years she worked at Doctors Without Borders as HR Development Manager, providing coaching services and supporting her teams across the world. Currently, she leads People Development function, in Agile Actors. She builds a coaching model across Agile Actors, where each senior colleague coaches and mentors a "cell" of less senior colleagues. Leaders -Coaches support their coachees in regular sessions, form together their personal development plan and guide them to their next career step. Moving from hierarchy to networks and co-working, and from controlling to empowerment, organisations need more leaders than managers. Nora trains all senior leaders to move on this transformation, manage change, and learn how to lead as coach with a 50 hours coaching course and with ongoing soft-key skills courses. Nora has studied psychology and she holds a master degree in Coaching and Career counseling. She is also holds diplomas in Positive Leadership and Learning Strategies. Her purpose is to support and lead people and organizations in effective transformations, which impact both, to organization’s achievements and to personal grow and wellbeing.
