Interviews are scheduled in mandatory half hour intervals beginning at 10:00 breaking for lunch from 13:00-14:00 and resuming at 14:00-18:00.

If you stay the whole day you may interview a total of 14 students maximum; if you stay half day you may interview either 6 students (if you attend the morning session 10:00-13:00) or 8 students (if you attend the afternoon session 14:00-18:00). If you wish to interview more than the aforementioned number of students, you will need to request and reserve an additional booth (bring a colleague to do the parallel interviews and have them register separately).

Please first visit the CV database here to view the CVs of participating students. Each candidate has a student ID next to their name in the CV database. Once you’ve reviewed the CVs, come back to the registration form and select the student you wish to interview by clicking on the respective ID (i.e. MBA 1, Law 3 etc.).

Please be aware of the following:

• We cannot guarantee that you will interview all of your selected candidates as students may find a job before the forum and not attend. If one or more of your selected candidates is not available, you will either: have a gap in your schedule or the Career Office will choose the best possible alternative candidates for you to interview.
• Your registration form is valid ONLY when you have included your selected candidates.
• We will not accept any changes to your registration (date, arrival time, number of representatives) after the deadline date which is 9/9/2019.
