RCI Questionnaire for 2017 now open!

Applied Research & Innovation Department is collecting data for the 2017 Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI).

The main objective of the survey is to explore the perceptions and trends of companies regarding their recruitment processes and methodologies until the end of the year.
The Index for 2016 was 114.08 and was close to the levels of 2007

The RCI questionnaire is addressed ONLY to HR executives or CEOs.
