Leading Civil Society Organizations as Agents of Global Change

The Hellenic Platform for Development in collaboration with ALBA Graduate Business School at The American College of Greece organize an educational training course entitled "Leading Civil Society Organizations as Agents of Global Change" in the implementation of the Program "Development & Democracy". The courses are delivered by M. Gerasimos Kouvaras, Director of ActionAid Hellas, in collaboration with ALBA, and include the following modules: Civil society and global development CSOs engagement with corporate sector, Strategic advocacy for social change, Leading Civil Society Organizations: Key Strategic and Organizational Challenges.

The duration of the training course is 28 hours and will be completed within 4 days (Tuesday 21/10, Wednesday 22/10, Tuesday 11/11 and Wednesday 12/11).

Certificate of attendance will be given by ALBA upon completion of the course, to participants who have attended all credit hours. There is no cost to participate but consistency as to the timetable and punctuality would be highly appreciated.

The class will be held in the Greek language, but the visual material and the notes will be in English. Courses will take place at ALBA Graduate Business School, Xenia 6-8, Athens, 115 28.
