The Barometer awaits your contribution

All Greek companies are invited to participate in the 1st round (1st half) of the Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI) 2010 online survey. The results will be announced in the beginning of January 2010, while the survey will be open during the period December 2009 – January 2010. The 2010 RCI is carried out with the support of ECDL Hellas, while Eurobank Business Services sponsors the Special Theme of the survey entitled “The Financial Crisis and its Repercussions”.

The findings of the Recruitment Confidence Index survey for the 2nd half of 2009 concluded in stagnancy in all recruiting processes, salary increases from 3 to 6% and fear for the impact of the financial crisis. Furthermore, one out of four companies was expected to reduce its number of employees during the 2nd half of 2009.

RCI has been established as the Barometer for the Greek Labor Market. The Index has proven to be a powerful business and management decision tool. The main objective of the survey, which takes place every 6 months, is to explore the companies’ perceptions regarding their recruitment processes and methodologies as well as the market trends.

More than 500 companies and organizations have participated in the survey since its launch in 2006.  We believe – thanks to you – that this sample will constantly grow giving each time an even more representative snapshot of the Greek Labor Market.
