Guest presentations at Digital Marketing course

As part of the course Digital Marketing *, which is taught by Professor Chrysanthos Dellarocas (Professor and Department Chair at Boston University) in the ALBA MSc in Marketing, George Anagnostopoulos, founder and CEO of Socialab, Costis Paikos, e-Business Services Manager, Eurobank , Alexandra Sigala, Marketing Director at TaxiBeat, Nikos Drandakis, Founder and CEO of TaxiBeat, made guest presentations to ALBA students.

Mr. Anagnostopoulos, who presented on 19th February, has an extensive experience in working with national and global brands for their presence on social media, and writes daily on social media marketing at Suit.GR.

Mr. Paikos, who presented on 21st February, is also and ALBA MBA Alum and a Board Member at IAB Hellas. His presentation focused mainly on the mBanking-mMarketing initiatives by Eurobank.

Ms. Sigala and Mr. Drandakis presented on 23th February. Mr Drandakis describes himself as a member of the world's Peer Progressives, helping the future get more evenly distributed..Ms Sigala, has an extensive experience on marketing and communication for big enterprises.

The objective of this course is to educate students for fulfilling careers in digital marketing. The course will cover topics such as information economics and the networked economy, online consumer behavior, trends in media consumption, the digital media landscape, online reputation, performance-based online advertising, social network marketing, search engine optimization, web analytics, and legal issues in online advertising
