EXECUTIVE PROGRAM: Leadership and Team Effectiveness - successfully concluded

ALBA, in collaboration with Yale School of Management, offered an executive program on Leadership and Team Effectiveness.

This joint Executive Program, which took place on Heraklion, Crete at the Sofitel Capsis Palace Hotel and Convention Center, was a great success!

The opening day began with ALBA resident Professors Haridimos Tsoukas and Olga Epitropaki addressing particular issues concerning leadership in Greece. The days that followed were led by Professor Victor Vroom of Yale School of Management. Professor Vroom had the participants immediately engaged in group exercises, thus bringing them together to work as a team. On the last day of the program Professor Vroom gave each participant a computer analysis on their individual leadership styles.

The participants were executives from the following companies: Antenna TV A.E., Altico Metro Operation S.A., Bios Agrosystems S.A., Coca-Cola HBC, Alpha Private, Forem Consulting of Bulgaria, MGE UPS Hellas S.A., Naftemporiki, National Bank of Greece, Sony Hellas, Titan Cement Company S.A. and Toyota Hellas S.A.
