Dr. Narasimhan, Professor in the Department of Management at London School of Economics, taught the course “Customer Insights & Marketing Strategy”, the weekend 28/2-1/3 2015, at the ALBA Executive MBA Program.
The aim of this course is to enable students comprehend and develop powerful customer insights as a basis for creating, delivering and capturing customer value. To enhance their marketing decision-making skills in segmenting, targeting markets as well as developing powerful brand positioning. And to learn to create coherent marketing programs with an aim to build powerful brands and profitable customer relations.
Dr. Narasimhan provided valuable insights on how to launch a new product or service, how to differentiate it and how to set a price for it. In that sense, he opened new perspectives and knowledge paths to our EMBA students, who embraced the course with great enthusiasm.
