Ten aspiring entrepreneurs will join the second round of the  year long incubation program that includes training, coaching, technical consulting and mentoring!

Applications are open for the second round of the Business Incubation Scholarships for Alba's joint program with Odyssea. A group of 10 aspiring entrepreneurs from vulnerable and excluded communities in Greece will receive training and hands on support to develop and implement their entrepreneurial ideas.

The program, implemented by AHEAD - ALBA Hub for Entrepreneurship and Development and coordinated by the not for profit organization Odyssea, aims to help people who would not otherwise have access to this sort of advanced training and support, in order to set up their own new businesses. It is addressed to people who are unemployed or in work suspension, and refugees or migrants with the right to live and work in Greece.

The incubation program includes a fast paced training phase that focuses on the viability and desirability of the entrepreneurial ideas the participants will be committing to. Once the intensive training concludes, the participants will be matched to their coaches and start working on their business ideas on an individual basis. Their incubation will be enriched with seminars and mentoring, while they will also receive technical support from lawyers, accountants and other idea related experts.

You may find all the relevant details and apply here.

The incubation program is supported by US philanthropic organisation NextFab Foundation, and coordinated and delivered by Odyssea and Alba.
