Carrefour-Marinopoulos has trusted ALBA for the design and implementation of a fourteen- month Executive Development Program, titled 'ALBA-CARREFOUR MARINOPOULOS Diploma in Management Studies', for a selected group of upper level executives. The Program is specifically designed to create a fully customized solution, in order to meet the specific needs and challenges of Carrefour Marinopoulos and fit the company's strategy.

CARREFOUR MARINOPOULOS S.A. is the result of a joint venture agreement with Carrefour S.A. of France, one of the world leaders in the retailing sector with 680 Hypermarkets, 2.260 Supermarkets and 5.400 hard discount stores all around the world. The purpose of this joint venture is to maintain Carrefour-Marinopoulos' leading position in the Greek market as well and expand these operations into Cyprus and other Balkan countries.

This program structure is a unique combination of four, five-day modules, held at ALBA's facilities. Prior to the beginning of the program, a weekend will be set aside for a teambuilding workshop.
